I'm Ellen Jones — a pharmacist, board-certified ambulatory care practitioner, educator, and the creator behind Phluent, Phormula, Phlexicon, and RxDecks.

I believe pharmacy education should be engaging, accessible, and maybe even a little fun. That's why I build apps that turn intimidating topics — drug name pronunciation, dosing calculations, medical terminology, pharmacology — into interactive, approachable learning experiences.

Beyond the apps, I'm passionate about leadership development. I've seen firsthand how great leadership transforms teams and patient care, and I'm building a coaching practice to help other healthcare professionals step into their leadership potential.
